Each year, as it has become tradition, Tree Street chooses one word to guide us in our programming, communication, and collaboration. We are excited to share the word for 2025: EMERGE.

To emerge from the ground from the tiniest seed, expanding an outgrowth of a new branch, to standing mighty as the tallest tree in the canopy, we are all part of an ever-emerging ecosystem of leadership, learning, exploration, and growth. 

To emerge is an intentional act: to break through, to step into purpose, to give and to receive. To emerge takes reciprocal courage, patience, and love. It’s 2025, how will you EMERGE?
