Goal Achieved Surpassed! We have completed our $1.3 Million Capital Campaign

We are proud to announce that the $1,300,000 Campaign for Growth goal has officially been met! We surpassed our goal by raising $1,518,478. Additional funds will be applied to all increased project costs and building reserves.
Tree Street would like to thank everyone – individuals, businesses, and foundations. We would not be here if it were not for you. All donors and supporters will be recognized in our upcoming annual report.

About the Campaign for Growth

Anticipating the need for more space, we have been carefully studying a range of renovation options to the remainder of our 144 Howe Street location, opening up 5,700 more square feet for programming. Renovating older buildings always involves challenges and surprises, and the Tree Street home is no exception. But the opportunity and possibilities are transformational. Interior changes will nearly double the size of the center. At the heart of the building, a large multi-purpose room – functioning as a performance hall, gymnasium, assembly room, and cafeteria – promises to be a hub of activity for the entire Tree Street community. The expanded space will also provide new suites of rooms, direct access to outside play areas, and an improved college/career aspirations center, as well as a new secure main entrance and lobby with a check-in station.
